More reason to keep your mouth shut and not gossip

If John Paulus, the ex-Marine who claims he hooked up with "American Idol's" Clay Aiken for some wild hotel sex, knew what he was getting himself into when he made his Clay claims, he might have been so hasty in "exposing" Clay.

John Paulus may need to rely on his own muscle to protect himself from crazed Aiken fans: The feds have turned down his appeals for help. Since revealing his sordid hotel-room one-night stand with the pop singer in The National Enquirer, Paulus has been bombarded with death threats from crazed Aiken fans, a loosely organized army of middle-aged women called "The Claymates." Paulus appealed to his local FBI office, but his plea was rejected. "It was turned down by the U.S. attorney, and the FBI determined there are no federal statutes that have been violated," an FBI spokesman tells us. "It is a little strange."

It serves him right. He had no business going so public with it- let alone to sensationalize it the way he did.

And I am not even a Clay fan.

Mua ha ha. Yeah, we Clay girls are some mean bitches when we try.

The thing is, I think most of them are pissed off because their precious Clay couldn't POSSIBLY be gay (which... well, I'll give him a 50-50 shot, myself, I can't decide between 'gay' and 'oblivious' on this one). If he ever did come out... well, let's say Lance is luckier than he knows for having all this support.

If I thought they were angry because "it's none of their business", then it would be one thing, but most of them I knew back when I traveled in those circles are just having a knee-jerk reaction to the 'g word' itself.

hi Bob- I'm kinda on the fence with this one... I feel that personal sexuality is well personal (yeah, i have a talent with the obvious :) Yet I wonder at the culture of secrecy that surrounds "the closet". Is keeping your "secret" deception by omission? Over and over, I hear people who are freshly out talk about the relief of "finally being honest" with themselves, family, co-workers etc. It seems to me that in this alleged case Clays alleged dishonesty set him up to be exploited... Not a situation that gets my "underdog avenger" very bent out of shape. Instead of addressing the "outers", I prefer to address the shame and humiliation (and press) that allows those "outers" to even exist. Every gay individual in the world has the opportunity (duty?) to step up to the plate and demand our rights as Ms. Rosa Parks did! Viva La Revolution!! LUV, B

Whether it's Colin Farrell, Eve or Clay Aiken; celebs have the right to screw whoever they want without a videotape or a groupie report in a tabloid. Starfuckers need to realize that there is a limit.

Some of us seriously don't want to know. In fact, hearing the details of our favorite celebs sexual encounters would likely lead to disappointment. The sad reality of their probable piss poor performance would never match our fantasy of that celebs prowess. Let's be honest nobody wants to hear the truth (i.e. that the person is either a bad lay, a premature ejaculator, a pillow biting princess, boring, routine, stinky, can't give head to save his/her life, or tips badly when you request payment.)

Paulus should of realized that his obvious quest for 15 minutes of fame would lead to getting laughed at or on the shitlist of a bunch of crazed fangirls.
