The exciting news: I found a new home! I am moving to Glendale/Burbank (I know, I know) the weekend of June 11th... I have to say a very special thank you to my friend Mariko who found the property through her friend... it is exactly what I was looking for, including my very own washer and dryer... Also a great big thank you to all of you who were keeping your eyes out!! Wanna help move? Put June 11th in your calendar... there will be pizza and beer for anyone involved!! I will send out my new address as it gets closer...

My friend Christina is in a fantastic new movie called FIGHTING TOMMY RILEY. I was at the premiere on Friday night and I can't promote it enough. The story of it's journey to the screen is as inspiring as the film. It is currently playing at THE REGENT SHOWCASE THEATER at 614 N. La Brea Ave in Los Angeles. Please call the theater at (323) 934-2944, or check LA Weekly or the LA Times for show times. It will also be coming to San Francisco and New York soon, so keep your eyes open for it.

and finally, Katie Thompson is at it again. I just received this email from her this morning...

Thanks to everyone who came to see me at the Key Club...truly. It was so good to see familiar faces right up front -telling everyone to shush....I LOVE IT! Thank you soooooo much! I'm performing at Genghis Cohen a week from Friday, so for those people that weren't able to make it HERE'S YOUR CHANCE. AND---since the last time I debuted new stuff (the Strasburg last month) it was so well received-- I'm thinkin' I'll try that again. SO I HOPE I SEE YOU THERE!
